Bologna is a great student city with a wealth of bars, some of which are renewing the traditional Emilian spirit. Bambou is a new cocktail bar that combines Italian finesse with Anglo-Saxon counter mixology. The signature cocktails are absolutely spectacular not only aesthetically, but also in their blending of flavors, served by friendly tattooed barmaids. The spirits selected are incredible, while there's also a bistro menu to accompany your drink. A superbly decorated trendy place.
