The elevator, with its period railings, leads to spacious, comfortable rooms, some with balconies overlooking the city. The two brothers who welcome you are friendly and very professional. No breakfast, but a handy kettle if you want to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee. Great value for money in Genoa!

Camera sporca, finestra rotta che non si chiudeva, lenzuola e piumino completamente macchiati e maleodoranti. Anta della doccia rotta. Carta igienica già utilizzata e i porta spazzolini pieni di calcare e completamente neri dallo sporco… Muri incrostati e molto sporchi. Polvere ovunque. Me ne sono andata senza passarci la notte perché ho dovuto prendere antistaminico per l’allergia che mi è venuta. Il pavimento nero… e il proprietario si è scusato al telefono dicendo che la donna della pulizia probabilmente non aveva pulito bene.

Per il resto la zona è ottima per chi vuole visitare Genova senza l'uso di automobili.
Camere abbastanza piccole ma funzionali e silenziose, il bagno in comune non è ottimale ma è coerente con ciò che viene mostrato su booking. Gestori cortesi.
