This unique museum pays tribute to the king of the region: the olive tree. In 18 rooms, not only are the techniques of olive growing on display, but also the different properties of the species. Precious objects, rare tools and archaeological finds tell the story of the olive tree through the centuries, its economic, social and religious importance in the Mediterranean and Western world. The tour ends with the private collection of the Carli family, the first Italian producers.
