Terraced castle housing the Apricale History Museum.
This medieval castle, built by the Counts of Ventimiglia, dominates the town and its valley. Take time to lose yourself in the narrow streets of the town before reaching the castle. At the top, you can admire part of the10th-century ramparts and a beautiful hanging garden dating from the early 20thcentury . From the terrace, a beautiful view of the village. Today, the underground rooms house the Apricale History Museum, while the vast lounge on the second floor is reserved for temporary exhibitions and cultural events.
