Trentino's gastronomy is in the spotlight in this very good restaurant, and so is the wine! A good reason to combine each dish with a glass designed to match the flavours. Smoked trout with apple salad, pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce or grilled local meats can be accompanied by a good local white wine, organic if possible. Because the products here are fresh, as far as possible organic and of high quality. Menus give you a good insight into the local cuisine. Correct prices and good service at the table
