This small farmer's pearl does not pay a mine. The producer's small house serves as a boutique where pearls and other local jewellery are exposed. We are far from the J. Hunter of Savusavu factory and that's all its charm. Tom offers guided tours. Located 5 minutes by boat from the Matei beach, the pearl farm is in fact a cabin hung on stilts over the transparent lagoon. The visit is very comprehensive and clearly presents the stages and long process of pearl culture. Finally, as we are in the middle of the lagoon, we end up with a swimming, with masks and tubas, everything to enjoy the splendour of the ocean.
