A 20-minute walk from Matei (on the road leading to Somosomo), an ideal restaurant with perfectly decent food (go for the coconut crab!) for watching the sunset while sipping a beer. The pizzas are excellent and the sea view magnificent. It's one of the island's best places to party, and a popular spot for islanders too. This charming little café overlooks the beach and is owned by the Tides Reach Resort next door. It serves a wide range of coffees and pastries. Try the cocachino coffee with coconut milk. Lunchtime snacks include pizzas, sandwiches and paninis. More elaborate dishes such as lobster are also available. Right next door, you'll also find Salt Diver, where you can rent your equipment for the day.
