Means of transport Savusavu

Savusavu's tiny airport operates flights with Fiji Airways and Northern Air. Flights to and from Nadi are generally organised three times a day. Renovation and extension work is planned for 2019.

Offers scheduled flights from Nadi on Savusavu and Project twice a day. Attention to weight of suitcases, limited to 15 kg. If you come directly from an international flight, check with the company the limit for the weight of your suitcases.

The every day at the beginning of the central station of Savusavu, you can travel by the yellow bus "friendly bus", this last will take along you until Labassa. The road is superb, are right spectator.

This is the only bus company on the island. For timetables and itineraries, it's best to phone, as there isn't really an information desk at the bus station, and buses always arrive somewhat randomly. You can also take the yellow "friendly bus" from Savusavu central station every day, which will take you as far as Labasa. The road is superb, so just be a spectator.

The ferry leaves every Tuesday and Friday in Suva at noon (boarding 10 h). The journey lasts approximately 10 hours. Prices are per route, so they will multiply by two to have the round-trip fare.
