Restaurant on the banks of the Orbiquet with a menu that varies according to the season.
A restaurant nestled in a former 19th-century grain mill, on the banks of the Orbiquet. Katy and Benoît Villeneuve have been there since 2018, after having served the tables of Deauville. Benoît works with products from neighbouring producers, and the menu varies according to his inspiration and the seasons, with a fine and original result. Among others: black pudding terrine, pears with honey and spices; Norman potée; sea bass pavé, risotto with ceps... Save a little room for dessert: the coriander-flavoured apple cannelloni with yoghurt sorbet was our favourite.
