UNIVERSITY OF GHANA

About 15 kilometers north of the city center, lies the campus of one of the oldest universities in Africa, founded in 1948. Between the beautiful gardens, the archaeology museum and the colonial-era library, which contains a large number of books on the country, a visit to the university can be an excellent outing.
