Enjoy them in a long, dark, uncluttered room, brightened by the sophistication of the details, with its fireplace, bar and soft patinas. The Cloth Ear concept of "reintroducing the amiable art of conversation" is best understood once you've experienced the special atmosphere that inhabits the place.
