Housed in a former sawmill, Dingle Distillery was opened in 2012 by Oliver Hughes and is affiliated with Dublin microbrewery Porterhouse. In Dingle, you'll enjoy discovering all the steps involved in making Irish whiskey (with triple distillation) in this small, new distillery. And all in the purest local tradition. Dingle Distillery also produces gin and vodka, both of which are highly regarded in Ireland. Drink in moderation!
