Medieval church built in 1862 on the corner of Suffolk Street and St Andrew's Street, opposite the statue of Molly Malone.
This medieval church, built in 1862, is located on the corner of Suffolk Street and St Andrew's Street, opposite the statue of Molly Malone. For those who visited Dublin years ago, don't be surprised, the church no longer houses the tourist office. Of note, Saint Andrew's Church stands on an ancient promontory raised by the Vikings, where they used to meet to settle disputes and enact laws. Previously, another church was built on the same spot, dating back to 1665.
