Charming hotel, Art Deco-style and beautifully crafted, offering pleasant rooms, some with terrace, and a bar.

The Grafton Hotel is a beautifully designed establishment that offers its guests a modern and colorful Art Deco decor, which can be enjoyed in the lobby, at Bartley's Bar (where the cocktails are delicious) or in the 127 rooms of the hotel, some of which even have a very nice terrace. Located near the hustle and bustle of Grafton Street, the address will delight shopping enthusiasts as well as families who can enjoy rooms with bunk beds (up to 6 people).

WARNING: not a safe/secure hotel. Staff let a man off the street into several rooms where they ransacked. Never asked for identification. Maid staff should be trained not to unlock rooms for anyone. Poor management.

Room does not have a dresser , basic inquiries are told to email the manager for review, emails are not responded to. Staff unwelcoming, bar tender bothered to make drinks. Disappointing. Beware if you have a concern you will not get a reply. Will not speak to you by phone email only. No reply after many attempts.

We had a great time at the Grafton Hotel. It has been refurbished from the last time I was here and it is definitely an improvement. Gorgeous scent in the foyer and in the hallways upstairs. Service was very good, particularly from the resident northerner Gary and a very helpful blonde lady in the restaurant who assisted my mum who was in a wheelchair. The room was the best assessible room we have been in and we have travelled all around Ireland. Sometimes you can loose the luxury with a disabled room but we didn't feel that this time. Room had a fridge, and lovely Ritual products. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Only negatives were the location of breakfast down some steps which wasn't ideal for a wheelchair user who doesn't like to draw attention but the staff were very helpful. Great location and Drury St carpark was great at €16 for the night. Would highly recommend.
