One of the best hostels in Dublin, located in a moving neighborhood Smithfield, with a young and festive atmosphere.

This hostel of the famous Generator group is the biggest in the city with no less than 530 beds. If the building which shelters the hotel is old, and even classified, the interior of the hostel is very modern and well looked. Each floor has its own decor and colourful murals. The music is always on loud; on the ground floor, there are armchairs, sofas and computers with free Internet access, a "study" area and a cafeteria. A few steps down are a bar, two pool tables and a cinema.

Das bisher schlechteste Generator in dem ich war. Schlechte Luft im Zimmer, viel zu warm, Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber, in die Jahre gekommen. Äußerst schade, wenn man bedenkt dass die Kette sonst einen echt hohen Standard für Hostelverhältnisse bietet.

Shocked when I heard staff offerers freebies for 5 star review on Google! Obviously that place not deserves even 3 stars. Black mold on walls and smelling like dirty toilet at most part of the hostel. My room was super overpriced for the poor quality. I heard from another person staying that he saw people doing drugs here on a regular basis. STAY AWAY! WASTE OF MONEY.

Una de mis mejores experiencias en un hostel. Tuve la suerte de que en el momento en el que me quedé a dormir no había mucha gente en la habitación que me tocó. Los baños son amplios y las camas son cómodas.

This place is a marvellous example of what a hostel should be. Simple and effective, doing exactly what you need. It's a brilliant location.
Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good. Breakfast was fine.
