It is named after the Wild Ge ese, the Irish mercenaries who left the country to join the continental armies between the 16th and 18th centuries. In a romantic setting, you can enjoy elaborate cuisine that awakens the senses and highlights seasonal produce. Wine lovers will be delighted, as the cellar has hundreds of bottles.
