To test regional cuisine. Typical Swedish restaurant, marinated fish, meat and homemade potatoes. Entries between 45 and 95 Sek, dishes between 169 and 319 Sek. A lunch formula at 80 Sek midday with salad in buffet and dish of the day. The decoration is well chosen and from mid-November is proposed the Julbord, the traditional Christmas buffet.
