The King's Park (Kungsparken) lies at the western tip of the old town, separated from the Castle Park (Slottsparken) by the Park Canal (Parkkanalen), and from the city by Slottsgatan. An amusing detail: the castle is located in the King's Park, not in the Castle Park. It's true that there's not much difference between the two areas, which were laid out in English style from 1872 and linked by several footbridges. Both are pleasant places to stroll.
