A spectacular horseshoe arch gives access from Stortorget to the passage leading to this building, realized by an architect from Lund, Theodor Wåhlin (1864-1948). It was originally (1899) a circus also hosting a riding riding, then a theatre (the Hipp Teater), then a church. This Art Nouveau building is now home to the city theatre (Stadt Taeter) and a restaurant.
