Since 1982, Hambergs has been one of the favorite restaurants in Uppsala. The Hambergs triad: shop/restaurant/restaurant, is one of the factors in the restaurant's success. Fish and seafood are fragile creatures that cannot be kept for long, but with daily deliveries, it is possible to serve products that are always fresh. All ingredients are prepared with care, and the skill of the chef, Jan-Christer Hamberg, and his staff have made the restaurant famous.
