Train

TheInlandsbanan, which means "inland line" in Swedish, is a railway line belonging to the Swedish railway network, crossing the country from south to north and connecting the cities of Kristinehamn and Gällivare. The Inlandsbanan is 1,288 km long and passes through breathtaking scenery, making it one of the most beautiful railroad lines in the world.Tickets are purchased per section of route and the price depends on the length of the journey you wish to take. Seat reservation is SEK 50 extra.

The station was built in 1879 by Adolf W. Edelsvärd, entirely in wood. A very beautiful and old station!
