SCULPTURE PARK (SKULPTURPARKEN)

Located at the western end of the city of Umeå, the sculpture park is quiet and secluded. Interesting and original, it offers a beautiful space with works by many Swedish and international artists. It is a perfect place to spend a meditative afternoon among the birdsong and the trees. In winter as well as in summer, the sculptures occupy the space in a captivating way. Admission is free at any time of the year, but the place is not very interesting when there is too much snow.
