HÖGBONDENS VANDRARHEM

Högbonden is a small, high, steep island where you can kayak and swim. Situated above the crashing waves of the Gulf of Bothnia, this hotel is a real wonder and is surrounded by a fantastic landscape. It's not every day that you can sleep in a lighthouse! You can take the small ferry to Högbonden from Barsta and Bönhamn. There are several round trips to and from the island during the high season. Remember to book well in advance because there are few rooms available and a lot of demand!
