One of the most remarkable buildings in Stockholm, the Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra offers more than 100 concerts per year!

This sky-blue building, built in 1926 and dominating the Hötorget market square with its neo-classical façade, is home to the Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, which gives over 100 concerts a year. Other classical orchestras, both Swedish and foreign, also perform here. It is here that the annual Nobel Prize award ceremonies are held on 10 December, the anniversary of Alfred Nobel's death.
