The name of the restaurant honours a young German merchant who came to Stockholm in the 16th century to make his fortune. The à la carte dishes are traditional Swedish gastronomy, cooked and served in a simple and elegant setting. You can try grilled reindeer or elk, sole or salmon, with fine accompaniments... Un des rares restaurant à la cuisine suédoise classique (et non une brasserie) avec une ambiance calme propice à un diner romantique.... le service y est très bien et la cuisine est réalisée avec des produits frais bien cuisinés. La carte des vins est hors de prix surtout pour des vins bas de gamme !
closed 5° outside, radiators, we freeze but it is qu'& quot; you can not faire". Fillet of reindeer: 4 slices of 4cm in diameter, 4 French beans, a mini torta de p.de- be. Everything (not bad, nothing more, but warm), is 5 liquidated bites. My husband, furious, refuses to order anything else. Me, dying hungry, I have crème brûlée (small but correct). 2 Beers. Total 840 sek and fort feel itself made roll!
