This restaurant, literally, the "cellar of the city hall", attracts us especially for its prestigious atmosphere and its luxurious airs. It offers a grandiose decor, between Italian baroque and national romanticism. Beautiful silverware, chandeliers, impeccable service... For those who want to splurge, there is the Nobel menu, a replica of the formula served on the day of the famous prize... For something less pretentious, you can simply try the lunch formula, which is much less expensive and of very good quality.
