In a verdant setting, they offer you their specialties and passionately introduce you to their educational farm. At the heart of their farm, business is booming: the forty or so dairy cows are in top form. The milk, much of which is processed on site, allows you to sample a wide range of local products: cream, fromage frais, faisselle, milk jam, teurgoule, caramels with milk jam, apple jelly, jams, pommé (or apple raisin, a very old Pays d'Auge recipe).

On a pu voir les vaches, la traite des vaches, et la fabrication de la crème fraîche et une demi sur la fabrication du beurre + dégustation des différents produits de cette ferme.
Le tout avec des explications très intéressantes.
Les personnes, qui nous ont accueilli, ont été très pédagogues et très gentilles, tout en sachant qu'on était avec une fille de 3 ans et un bébé 1 mois.
Je recommande la visite aux enfants et aux parents!!!
