Waterfalls with a succession of remarkable rapids, the most impressive in Asia, a superb place to visit in Tentena.

Around 2 hours' drive from Poso (or 30 minutes from Tentena), this nine-level waterfall is one of Sulawesi's most beautiful natural spots. The water is clear and cool, and the cascading pools are great for bathing - but beware of the slippery rocks. Small stores and friendly locals complete the experience. Admission is very affordable (a few thousand rupiah). Downside: the garbage cans left by tourists... A pity. Combine with a trip to Lake Poso for a day of nature, swimming and relaxation.

site exceptionnellement beau. il ne faut pas hesiter à grimper le plus haut possible au delà du sentier officiel afin de rejoindre des bassins où l'on peut se baigner.
