Instant Chocolat favours a bean-to-bar process ("from the bean to the bar"), to promote chocolate made in Côte d'Ivoire and employ women through the Ecoya cooperative. Eventually, the project should extend to 2,500 cooperatives and 250,000 women. The chocolate maker offers chocolate bars (dark without sugar or milk, ginger, banana, corn petals, chilli, Penja pepper, baobab...), chocolate assortments, caramelized and chocolate-coated beans, sculpted and decorated "taste architectures": afro comb, zaouli mask, baoulé weights, etc.
