One of the most beautiful galleries in Abidjan, and more a space dedicated to dreamy strolling and aesthetic emotion, moreover, than an exhibition-sale space strictly speaking. Between the warm-coloured walls, which sometimes carry the song of the bamboos gently undulating under the open-air ceiling, blend into a harmonious blend of sensibilities and artistic expressions that are both opposing and complementary. In turn original, virtuoso, majestic, hilarious, ingenious or tortured, they are declined in original objects and unique pieces, paintings, sculptures, recuperated furniture and other objects of design and decoration often diverted from their original function. The gallery itself is so atypical and beautifully arranged that sometimes we don't know where to look, for fear of letting the slightest square centimetre of this soothing beauty escape. Léon N'Guetta, who holds a doctorate in economics and is a master of the premises, was not, however, predestined for an artistic career. A complete self-taught artist, he specializes in settlers and "aoulabas", opulent beauties carved in wood, of which we find some fine examples in the gallery, in addition to the massive and superb mirrors, coffee tables and large vases of this self-made artist.
