Après 1h15 d’attente, on m’annonce que ma commande n’a même pas été lancée en cuisine. On me propose d’attendre encore 15 minutes de plus. Il est déjà 22h16 et je n’ai toujours rien à manger. Le service est désorganisé et débordé, et visiblement ce n’est pas un cas isolé : un autre client a vécu exactement la même situation deux jours plus tôt.
Très mauvaise expérience. Inacceptable pour un restaurant d’hôtel de ce standing. Je ne recommande pas.
