LE FONTAINEBLEAU
Fans of discretion and unusual little corners? This is the address you need. Opened in early 2017, Le Fontainebleau is happy to decline the lounge concept around a bar-bar, a restaurant in the dining room and a wonderful garden enhanced by a murmuring fountain and particularly well developed in the evening thanks to beautiful light games: Here you disconnect a moment from the urban jungle to forget you in a soothing natural "jungle". The "green space" is divided into small private lounges where you can indulge in intimacy around a good house cocktail before taking place at a table carefully and delicately prepared. On the menu, European cuisine made up of small, lovingly cooked dishes (largely by the charming owner of the scene, Anna-Maria Pollier) and presented with great care. Green pepper sauce, beef filet black pepper and his dolphinois gratin, gambas or calf cream cream lightly lemoned, soup of homemade fish with its rust and crust and, finally on a touch of softness, Suzette pancake at Grand Marnier or cheese-cake fruit Red… are some of the specialties you can enjoy here. Executed with finesse and sensitivity, they breathe the secrets of carefully preserved furnaces. An establishment that has nothing to envy some very good French tables, and is distinguished by its love of things well done and a clear pleasure to receive.
