This establishment is located within the hotel La Maison Palmier, a green oasis of contemporary design with vintage panache. On the à la carte menu, you'll find a variety of home-cooked dishes made with fresh, quality, seasonal ingredients. These are carefully selected by chef Matthieu Gasnier and his international brigade. The team cooks with passion, day after day. You can sample a wide variety of salads, starters, pastas, fish, meats and local produce. Try guinea fowl kedjenou, beef with peanut sauce or grouper back with grenobloise sauce and potato mousseline. You can also choose from a range of side dishes, from allocco and attiéké to sautéed vegetables, pommes allumettes and white rice.
