RESTAURANT CHEZ ARTHUR
This African maquis, an Abidjan institution, has just moved from Marcory to Cocody M'Badon, on the banks of the lagoon. A welcome new, more airy setting! In addition to the classic fish, meat, brochettes and kédjénous, you'll find the fisherman's platter (fish soup, snails, squid, crayfish, crabs), with attiéké in red oil, mâchoiron etouffee, braised oxtail, the hunter's pot (game, including agouti), or the shepherd's tureen (sheep's head stew, tripe and legs). As the saying goes, "Connaisseur connaît, gaou passe!"
