Fantastic festival in the Qasr Al Hosn compound, which traces the life of Abu Dhabi's inhabitants before the oil era.

This fantastic festival takes place in the grounds of the historic fort on Abu Dhabi Island. Divided into 3 zones, the oasis, the coast and the desert, it depicts the daily life of the people before the oil era. Run by Emiratis who knew the emirates before the oil era, it is mainly visited by local families and their children. An essential visit if you are there at the time: workshops, demonstrations, traditional dishes take place in a more real than life setting. Everything is outdoors
