MOTHER OF THE NATION FESTIVAL

The festival, which has been held on the Corniche since 2015, celebrates the Mother of the Nation, also known as the Mother of the Sheikhs, Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Sheikh Zayed's third wife. She was the director of the Family Development Foundation, director of the Women's Union and chairwoman of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood.
