40 000 Tunisians live in the United Arab Emirates. It is therefore quite natural that these two countries have recently announced to seek to strengthen their bilateral relations in security, economic, cultural, scientific and environmental. Both also seek to preserve peaceful and fraternal relations in the Gulf region. The vision of a tolerant and open Islam in the Emirates may influence Tunisia. In the short term, Tunisia expects a lot from its Emirati partner, especially in the fight against inflation.
