This vast square, at the crossroads of five streets, is adorned by a fountain entitled the Raining House, a work by Jørgen H. Sørensen, placed in 1993 during the redevelopment of the place. A very lively place (in fine weather), when the cafes spread their terraces around an old telephone booth converted into a bar, near pleasant alleys: Elmegade or Guldbergsgade leading along the Jewish cemetery, to a cinema installed in a former factory, the Biograf empire.
