Salt Bar § Restaurant is part of the Admiral Hotel. Its particularity: a modern cuisine known as fusion: Scandinavian specialities are mixed with French or Asian influences. The menu changes every quarter, a sympathetic bias whose aim is to maintain an effect of novelty for guests who would like to come often. In this cosy setting, the evening continues at the bar, especially as dinner cruises or jazz lunches are also organised... In short, a nice opportunity to break the routine!

Restaurant de l'hotel Admiral à Copenhague. Le décor est formiadable (ancien hangar à grain du XVIIe siècle), cuisine franco-danoise délicieuse, les prix sont chers, mais c'est Copenhague ! Je recommande
