Ma Poule has quite a reputation! The address is very popular with locals, especially at lunchtime, who come here to feast on French and Mediterranean recipes. Édouard ensures the quality of the products he imports directly and sells from his stand in the Torvehallen covered market. These include cured meats and charcuterie, such as the famous pata negra, and cheeses such as the 36-month-old Marcel Petit Comté. His best-seller: the famous sandwich with duck confit, mustard and arugula, voted "best sandwich in Copenhagen".
