A bright, elegant dining room with a maximum capacity of eighty covers. In the kitchen: Thomas Fischer & Mikael Sundqvist and their refined cuisine, using only the freshest seasonal produce. A brasserie-inspired menu that goes perfectly with the wine list. Le futé loved the turbot with swimming sauce and baked leeks, and the white chocolate cream with blackberries and blackberry sorbet.
