The Granola is part of the Hotel Central, the smallest hotel in the world. Not very big either, this nice restaurant has that something that makes that as soon as you enter it, the charm works. It's from another era, the 1920s or 1930s. The French brasserie-inspired cuisine is simple but of high quality. From omelette revisited to beef tartar, salads and other fruit porridges... Behind the counter, the walls are dressed with bottles, so you can eventually let yourself be tempted by a homemade cocktail!
