This RER or TER equivalent runs through the city centre between the central station (København H) and the harbour (Nordhavn), passing through the stations of Vesterport, Nørreport and Østerport. Frequency: roughly every 10 minutes during the day and week, every 20 minutes at weekends. A very Danish detail which shows the concern not to disorientate the user: each S-Tog has its own lane at the central station, so it is impossible to make a mistake. There are 7 lines in total, each designated by a letter. Very useful for a few trips outside Copenhagen.

The anonymous Rejsekort costs DKK 80, then you charge it (minimum DKK 70 at CPH, DKK 600 in the regions). Purchase at Copenhagen Central Station.Single ticket for 2 zones: 24 DKK; 3 zones: 36 DKK. Valid for 60 minutes. Regional ticket: 84 DKK. Included with Copenhagen Card.
