The classic communist concrete bar, without charm, but with the advantage of being well situated: it overlooks the large central square, Piața Unirii. Inside, the decoration is dated. However, the hotel offers correct and cheap services. It is rather clean and functional. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, air conditioning and a private bathroom. There is also a dining room where you can enjoy Romanian and international cuisine.
