On the thirteenth and top floor, the Panoramic restaurant offers a 360-degree view of the city. They serve international cuisine. A less stuffy bistro-terrace occupies the ground floor.

This small, comfortable and charming hotel is housed in a neoclassical building. It is centrally located, close to the National Theater, but away from the main traffic arteries. Rooms are spacious and decorated in a rather elegant but sometimes old-fashioned style. The bathrooms are very clean. The in-house restaurant serves lunch and dinner in a classic, elegant all-white setting. Traditional Romanian specialties are served. Good value for money.

This is one of the most comfortable options for small budgets. This large guesthouse, surrounded by a pretty vegetable garden, offers single, double and triple rooms, as well as apartments for 3-4 people, with simple, old-fashioned decor. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, minibars, TV and air conditioning. On the other hand, the establishment is a long way from the center, 7 km south of town, between a wooded hill and a business park. Access is difficult without a vehicle.
