The best restaurants Arad

This restaurant, which will open in 2013, is one of Arad's very good addresses. It is mainly known for its fish and seafood dishes, cooked in a simple way that emphasizes the quality of the products: sea mussels, scallops, oysters, paellas... But you can also eat excellent pieces of angus beef, as well as pasta and risottos. The setting is pleasant, with its navy blue and white decoration. When the weather is nice, the restaurant spreads out a pretty terrace on the pavement, at the foot of a superb decayed building.

Bistro chairs, dark woodwork, antiques and oil paintings: on the main square, on the other side of the theater, this café-restaurant recreates a warm vintage atmosphere. The menu mixes Romanian specialties and world dishes: vegetable ciorba and gulaș rub shoulders with a choice of burgers, salads, pastas and meats. There's even a sushi bar. On Thursdays and Fridays, the menu expands to include more refined fish dishes. The establishment, with its attractive front terrace, also prepares delicious breakfasts.
