Concert halls Sibiu

Its elegant, classical-style façade contrasts with the rest of the building, which looks like a large white mushroom from the back. This prestigious concert hall, built astride the city walls, is home to the Sibiu Philharmonic Orchestra. Here you can enjoy symphonic concerts and recitals at very affordable prices. Built in 1787 as a theater, the hall suffered two major fires, including one in 1949. After extensive restoration work in the 1990s, it was inaugurated in 2004.
