Jake's is a trendy "farm to plate" restaurant, a locavore concept where ingredients from surrounding farms or caught locally are worked with passion by Chef Dockery Lloyd. A new Jamaican cuisine, refined, tasty, ultra fresh and seasonal, with classic dishes such as ackee and saltfish, rice and peas, escovitched fish... Steamed fish and fabulous seafood salad. Also vegetarian menus and homemade desserts. At night the place is lit by candlelight.

Nous n'avons pas mangé mais pris un cocktail au moment du coucher de soleil.
Le cadre est sympa, l'ambiance est bonne et la vue superbe.
Les plats avaient l'air appétissants.
