A modern spiral tower with an observatory at the top, offering views of Sokcho, Seoraksan and Lake Cheongchoho.

This tower with its modern and almost indescribable spiral design has an observatory at its top. The daytime view offers a beautiful panorama of the town of Sokcho, Seoraksan and the nearby Cheongchoho Lake. With the help of the telescopes provided, one can admire the migratory birds around the lake. It's quite nice. When night comes, the tower and the city light up making the landscape enchanting (but there are a few more visitors as you can imagine).
