For a change from the traditional pork and beef barbecues that abound in South Korea, here's a restaurant that serves thin strips of duck. Three flavors are offered: with soy sauce, with gojuchang/고추장(red pepper paste) or plain, lightly smoked. In our humble opinion, the latter version is the best, as the grilled meat is crispier. Lightly salted and peppered, we let you imagine the treat. As an accompaniment, the ever-popular banchan are of course served.
